  Just returned from a 2 night stay @ Osborne House and have to say what a lovely time my wife and I had at this classic hotel / guest house. My birthday treat was enhanced by the lovely suite we had on the 2nd floor 104 (room Katy ) ........ and by the staff who were just so nice to us . Dining room must be the best I have eaten in for ages ....... decor and food superb as were the servers. Private parking and being so close to shops beach / seaview....... a big plus . Nothing was too much trouble ( did I mention how good the staff were ! ) although we did have a laugh at the climb into a very high bed @ night ....... with the help of a stool. Only thing we thought could be improved was the breakfast arrangements . A small HOT breakfast would have been much better than a continental ( in your room ) which is what is provided ......... Having stayed @ the EMPIRE hotel ( sister to Osborne House ) a number of times ------ this is were you go for your HOT breakfast ....... although not far ..... on a cold or rainy day not the best choice . Still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  We stayed here for 2 nights DB&B in a beautiful suite on the top/3rd floor (N.B. people with mobility problems may struggle with stairs - no lift.) Impeccable, relaxed, very classy little hotel, a bit expensive but you get what you pay for and worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely and luxurious break. Can't wait to come back.
